I love farming but looking at drop rates makes me cry

I’ve been farming a det and helm in ulduar for 2 years and my rng is the worst thing of all time. I finally looked at a bunch of drop rates yesterday and my heart sank, ignorance is bliss.

On the flipside I noticed I have a lot of rare stuff.

I thought the wrathblade from legion was a common drop. I never see anyone using it and someone whispered me last night asking what it was because it doesnt show up anywhere which I thought was weird. I looked up the drop rate and it’s like. 6 percent!

Insane. I know farming stuff is a big part of wow culture but that drop rate had I saw that would defeat me.

I know in complaining but I’m bored and farmed ulduar and once again got nothing I needed and want to cry

Yeah, farming something specific can be frustrating. But keep going, it won’t drop for you if you give up.

Good luck!

Agreed, but I would still love to get my hands on this transmog from Aggramar:

I was lucky enough to get:

Anyone know if these are soloable, or at least done in 2 person groups yet?

Thanks!

Farming is tough… but, if you want it bad enough, it is totally worth. Because nothing beats the feeling of finally getting it after a long period of time. Relief, accomplishment, excitement, rush of adrenaline, success!

Unlike things that drop when you aren’t looking for it, didn’t expect it, aren’t farming… etc…

I sold half of mythic nighthold but bosses took forever. I’m not sure if normal antorus is soloable but in going to try it after work

Done Nighthold a few times, but not on Mythic. Normally, just for ease I do it with one other person, so we might be able to two-man Antorous on normal. Planning on trying tonight too!

Edit: Cleared Antorous on Normal with my death knight and a BM hunter. No real issues, though Vari gave us difficulty at first!
