Hello, i love dks but ive never played one, now that i got a level boost from buying Midnight i will use in one. I mainly play pvp and im inclined to play frost, however, i dont know much about the class, ive seen some videos and tutorials and im not certain if is it better to play 2h or dual wield, could someone plese clarify this to me ? Im scared of wasting the conquest weapon tokens. And i will play horde, cant choose between undead and blood elf, is there some huge difference in thais racials ?

Unless you have no other classes you’re interested in playing, I would recommend saving the boost since DK’s start @ lvl 55. Leveling a bit would also help you get used to the class.
DW vs. 2-hand is largely preference, but I think 2h/Deathbringer has the higher DPS atm.
If you’re big into PvP, I recommend a 2h build. Just hit someone with Reaper’s Mark for 10.5 million in arenas yesterday

They dont anymore. DK’s start at level 8, allied race DK’s start at 10.

Lesson 1.) Ignore Trolliste aka Kelliste, they don’t do anything but dwell in the forums for rage bait and attention
Lesson 2.) You can play either the 2 playstyle for Deathbringer H.C, I would recommend Darkbadger’s advice on 2h and Riders H.C is DW. Shattering blade spec is the role for PvP. Here’s linkhttps://murlok.io/that be helpful for rated BGs and M+

There’s higher rated DKs out there but they’re all basically running the same thing (class/spec talents). The only difference is I prefer to run Avalanche (Frost talent) with a 2h as it helps apply Razorice stacks faster.
The big difference between DW & 2h is stats & Hero talents: Rider for DW, Deathbringer for 2h.
Both DW/2h go heavy on mastery (around 70%). However, DW should have around 12-14% haste at least, while 2h requires little to no haste.

Quit being a baby because I told you your idea about making BoS baseline was bad and wouldnt do the thing you wanted it to achieve because people were already taking BoS and Obliteration… they are doing it now too.

Wow thank you for this information. As a new to pvp frost DK as well I went to icyveins for my information and their info is quite different. They say to use haste and versatility. Again I appreciate you taking the time to help all of us new dk players.

No problem! Yeah, Icyveins is usually better for PvE but hit or miss for PvP.
For PvP, I would recommend Murlok .io as a better resource cause you can see exactly what the highest rated Frost DKs (or any class/spec) are running for talents, gear, etc.
