Judging by post history it is sarcasm.
Back to it though: I adore the Jailer’s design. Far less malicious looking than I had anticipated. The thematic for this expansion may well be throwing classic visual topes of good and evil out the window.
Well not OUT the window, but twisting them askew a little. Makes me believe the Aribter isn’t all she’s made out to be.

Not entirely, I do think its a good design, i also think its funny he looks so much like leoric. Crossover event with Bastion being sanctuary and the creepy zone being tristram?
