they turned the old PvP (Benediction/Faerlina) servers into PvE and locked them, then opened up free transfers to either Grobbulus (if you want to actually PvP) or to a new realm connected to Pagle (Mankrik only gets to go to a Pagle connected realm, and the servers that were locked in Cata go directly to Pagle) that now acts as a mega PvE server.
