I know Xal'atath isn't Alleria, but

…during that cinematic when Anduin, Alleria, and Us Champions battle our way through the nerubian city and Xal’atath and Alleria have their face-off, it really felt like Xal’atath was implying something when she gave Alleria the option of joining her side. If it’s true Xal’atath is the fifth Old God, and they can see all possible futures, could it be Alleria is a future sacrifice that Xal’atath will possess? Or does Dimensius need a body to possess? I have a feeling Alleria is going to be the target of a dark ritual.

Xal’atath has been eyeing Alleria as a probable convert to the Void since Legion. “This one shows promise. The whispers lure her toward her fate.” “The caterpillar has become the butterfly. She is all but ours now.” I don’t know if Xal’atath needs Alleria for something in particular, or if she just sees great usefulness in a mortal who has absorbed the power of a darkened naaru, but she’s very interested in her.

She’s gonna make alleria mad (and thus super void empower her) and trigger her death so that she can possess her like she has her current corpse body.

That’s just silly. Dreadmore informed me that they only write one expansion at a time.

why is xalatath an elf if elves didnt exist when the black empire did and shes older

Cause she is possessing an elves corpse

Won’t kill Alleria, I think. If someone ends up biting it down the road, my money would be on Turalyon. He was one of the most anticipated returning characters of the old guard and… he has pretty much done squat.

Then again, Metzen is back, so maybe some of the one note expectations I’ve been gathering since Zereth Mortis and DF are way off the mark.

there’s a reason Xalatath is in a high elf corpse.

The low elf corpses were too far down, eyyyyy
