That means we will never have to see the lvl 60 Taurens avatar again? You’re deleting the character when you transfer your gold to the bank alt? Why not delete the char now? Be brave and bold and strip it and sell all the gear, too. Make a statement.
Oh, it doesn’t matter, The undelete function will get you back in game in a jiffy. So much for grand gestures and forum ranting.
It’s important for the longevity of the game that more people like OP come to the same realization and leave.
If you are so impacted by bugs in a 3-week game release that it drives you into emotional turmoil you most likely have some mental issues that you should be dealing with before spending time in a multiplayer game like this.
I honestly have no idea how you managed to infer that what you did from that post. I’ve read through the blue post referenced twice and all I got from it was that they’re looking into it.
Ain’t no trolling here I agree with all your points. Lets hope that they fix these bugs so that you may return to azeroth once again good luck to you until then.
Imagine being a person that doesn’t play a class and just assumes they’re lying when they have legitimate bugs because you’re shilling so hard for a company
Threatening to quit a video game over errors and bugs, especially one that has been recreated is just another form of kicking and screaming until to get your way.
If you need future reference, please see retail forums.
Our realities our clearly different that’s for sure.
I’m doing what wrong? You forget that this game is 15 freaking years old dude.
Like your excuses as far as the amount of bugs go is literally hilarious.
This game came out 15 years ago and you’re acting like bring this game to bear is some monumental undertaking. It isn’t, private servers have been doing it better for years
There’s absolutely no excuse to releasing the game with the bugs reported in beta still unfixed. There’s no excuse to spend over a month to fix a serious combat-related bug either, especially when it isn’t even something complex.
Private servers had much more engaging developers and things got fixed faster, usually with only one or two active developers. Meanwhile most of bug reports here are ignored and blues only post to do damage control.
Youve been doing nothing but complaining about anything ( mages nova rofl…)
I just don’t under stand why people hang around and cry when they aren’t having fun.
Can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic because if not this basically sums it up perfectly. Everyone is so toxic on these forums its hard to tell anymore if anyone is being genuine
End of the day this is a 15 year old game there’s no excuse to release a game in this state. And theres no excuse not to have game breaking bugs patched almost 2 months into the game.
Period. Discussion over
The majority of the people on this forum are like 15 years old it seems like. Everything is a joke to them, even when it comes to paying $15 a month
I wonder what’s going on exactly, Blizzard had the perfect opportunity to present something better than private servers, it was handed to them on a golden platter.
Yet the chance was botched and we were sold something actually worse.
Those are the possibilities which come to mind.
Blizzard actually expected classic to fail and the whole thing was a stunt to both mock people who kept asking for vanilla servers, for years (as they were mocked by blues back then) and to promote retail in a better light.
This would explain the constant sabotage attempts by adding retail “features”, layering, having a laughably low difficulty, not fixing bugs and such.
Yet it still turned out to be a rather big success so now they don’t know what to do.
The internal communication is absolutely abysmal so it takes ages to decide on anything as all messages are sent to Bobby Kotick’s private island through postal pigeons, and most of them die to the thunderstorms spawned by his “we take the fun out of making games” approach.
The company is just extremely incompetent nowadays, thanks to the brain drain as the entirety of original team long since left. So the current development and design teams make armchair developers in charge of private servers, look very capable.
