There was a player flying a black crow (or raven) at the Ruby Life Pool. It wasn’t a dragon with a bird skin, it was flying and hovering just like the mounts outside of Dragon Isles. I would love to be able to do that. Was that a test-run, or does a player have to do something special to get that?
some flying mounts dont have a land animation but it still on the ground
I have a few of those, but they skim near the ground in non-flight areas. This one was hovering quite high above my character’s head and flying about. It might be what you suggested, but it seemed higher than what’s typical.
if it is regular flying we would see the forms light up like the 4th

Could have been caught on terrain, could have been a temp bug, might have been a mount special. Not quite sure without seeing it in action.
don’t tell me the classic WoW flying bots are now invading the dragonlands
I have that mount. The mount always hovers and you were just watching it do it’s special ability which is fly up in the air and do a flip.
