I just Got a Mythic Keystone and Have No Idea What it Does

Newbie to Mythics here. A Mythic Keystone dropped from the last boss in Waycrest Manor, and I have no idea what it’s used for, or if it can be used more than once. It says +2 on it as well. Can anyone explain this to me?

Thank you!

What dungeon does it say ?
for example, Waycrest Manor + 2
would mean that you can do Waycrest on a more difficult, difficulty,
for better stuff.

Yep. It says for Waycrest Manor. My favorite instance in BfA

Well when you zone into Mythic Waycrest Manor there will be a item you can place the keystone in.
It looks like a stick with a globe on it, the key goes in the slot and then Waycrest starts but it will be more difficult.

Thanks! So is it a one time use thing? And what ilvl items can you get from it?

Thank you!

Well if you fail the keystone it goes down -1 a level
the ilvl items go up and up
if you did +2 waycrest in under 30 minutes it will become +3 random dungeon
eventually if you get to +10 which is pretty difficult, you will get ilvl 370 in the box at the end of the week and a ilvl 380 in your golden box in your main city.
Im not alliance but ask around where your weekly cache box is.
