LOL i did 3 splits and went home with nothing, and i have nothing to complain about, might even get AOTC week 1 on sunday, if you complain that much is kinda good you have no gear, would be trully a waste.
You will get a guaranteed reward in your vault , maybe 4 braces and 3 cloaks but still
Totally how I feel about them.
Good thing my BIS trinkets come from dungeons. That’s the only upside to all this slop.
Honestly, if you get invited, who cares if you get loot? I used to care. Now I just raid til I get AOTC and then quit. Gear doesn’t matter at all once you get your goal. Gear isn’t the goal, it’s the key to get invited. I also raid with guilds for this reason, if I wont win loot and they complain my #'s are bad, they have nobody to blame but themselves for not sharing the loot lol
Literally no where did they say that lol. They were talking about WoW across all versions, especially Wrath in China.
Or when your guild refuses to run M+ with anyone other than their same 5 clique and then wonder why you aren’t at the same ilvl as them pugging lmao, as if the two are even remotely on the same level.
Just my take…
I get playing for that ilvl boost but that should only go so far…
If I raid I go in there to enjoy the combat; drops would be cool but NOT required every run.
Welcome to the club. My last raid was AQ back in 2006.
not remotely accurate. people simply have to do mechanics.
Understandable. Try to take a long term view of it. People often overestimate where they’ll be in a week or two, but vastly underestimate where they’ll be in a couple or three months. With everything, not just raiding. If you consistently make every lockout for the next couple of months, you’ll have all the gear you’ll ever need. I love gear as much as the next person, but I try to be there for my guild and for fun more than anything; I just enjoy playing my hunter, shooting my bow. When you take a less self-centric view, it really gives the experience much more meaning and purpose, and I always feel I’m geared before I even realize it.
people would do content they enjoy if maximum ilvl gear was available for universal currency
Like it used to be in Vanilla, TBC and Wrath before a certain company bought Blizzard.
Yea but…
I’ve been 80 since the EA, and still can get a weapon to drop. Even targeting the dungeons where the guns drop hasn’t worked. I guess I need to sacrifice a spider in the name of the mighty god RNG.
It is the beginning of expansion you will be fine. If after weeks you do not get anything i get it. I stopped lfr last expansion because I would never get anything week after week, toon after toon. Group loot in a guild raid I understand how it gets distributed have no idea why LFR needed a change.
If you follow the string that’s what was said.
LFR is raiding so you use the same loot system.
No, it definitely was not lol.
Citation then.
