Wow there’s so many ways to gear now it’s absurd.
I feel as the game just poops out loot.
After coming back since cata. I’m just sitting here like wait a minute every few weeks I just get tier loot for playing that’s crazy.

They reverted this after about four weeks in Shadowlands because the raiding population tanked pretty rapidly after a little while. Raids drop plenty of loot now; not as much as M+, yes, but plenty.

OP has only done 3 bosses in LFR. Thats it, no sign of doing more, no achievements, nothing.
3 bosses, no loot, instant quit.

Which is kinda silly bc the faster I gear, the more enjoyable it is, and I will gear more characters. When it’s slow and tedious I am more likely to play one character and then just log off and do something else.
Raiding for rewards is cringe. It hasn’t dropped relevant rewards, other than a few chase pieces, in a few expansions.
You shot yourself in the foot and now you’re complaining that you’re bleeding. A bad mentality will make any activity unfun.
I wouldn’t consider Normal Or Heroic “serious” myself. Some of the people in my guild struggle with raiding but I’d consider about 2/3 of our regular group capable of clearing Heroic. We don’t turn people away if they are less skilled though, so we take a bit longer to get there.
You run LFR, are just one small person in a larger raid group that kill only 3 bosses in it. And think you should have been rewarded what ever gear that may have dropped that fit your class. Since you didn’t win any rolls on any of those bosses for loot, you are coming to the forums to cry its not fair.
Go solo normal raid then all on your own. Tell us how that goes for you and how much raid gear you got to loot off the bosses you kill, Ohh that is right you cant and wont so it wont matter. And I doubt they would have had any troubles clearing those 3 bosses in LFR without you, you could have afk’ed the whole time and the outcome would have been the same. You was not the one man army of the group.
Raiding imo is the toughest without a guild and easiest with. With a guild you all (presumably) learn the mechanics and then it’s easy farming once a week. Raid pugs on the other hand? I spent 4 hours doing the raid in normal, and the thing is it went really smooth, I won 1 item and considered myself lucky. Compare that to being able to run probably 8 m0’s in that amount of time, or however many delves if I had the keys, it’s not close.
It’s the FIRST week of the season. FFS

oh look, i do LFR on 3 bosses and cry because i couldn’t get anything when there are 24 other players… lets be real, you just want hand outs

Nothing for my class has even dropped yet at 6/8N. It sucks, but it’s not the end of the world.

Right there with you bro. Sick of having terrible luck with rolls. I did months of DF LFR only to never once get what i needed. I would rather personal loot than watch people out roll me for stuff they dont even need.

You are getting more choices only. You, no matter what, are only getting one piece of gear, and you are not guaranteed an upgrade bc it is RNG.
raid is for good times with the homies. not loot
well loot is neat but you shouldnt expect it. hey at least it got you some vault choices!
