Got the elite mog I wanted. Pretty happy about that. Just waited the last week of Solo Shuffle, geared my guy up pretty well and jumped in and hit 1800+ within I Think 10 matches?

I think it looks really good, probably one of my favorites, I also liked the warrior set from Season 1 in dragon flight. Really nice sets.

That’s a solid reason why I play them to begin with. I’ll be running my war, rogue, monk and sham for next patch. The rogue set looks absolutely beast.

Meh, made a bad toon choice, didn’t know MW was going to be the default FC all season. Didn’t enjoy it so I called Duelist good enough.

Maybe I’ll do better on Disc next season, maybe not.

For what it’s worth you put in a lot of good work this season.

Yeah man. The entire game was nothing but setting up ports, kiting, and trying to time mobility/defensives to live/escape enemy players while eating tons of CC. I just found it annoying. Lol Think I stopped around 50 games played early on.

Some how I exceeded it all and nuked it outa the water. My only goal was to get some pvp sets, and here I am with a “High Warlord” Prot Warrior :dracthyr_uwahh_animated:, some shiny 2100 wap-onz, multiple elite sets, 3 new vicious mounts, and a particle effect on all classes tier sets for this season. I did so good and am quite proud of this accomplishment.

Thankfully, I have indeed. The goal I set for myself, to get Grand Marshal as I (almost) could have 13 years ago, and get the Forged Gladiator’s Tabard specifically, was to me the redemptive closure I needed, to prove myself to myself.

It’s a long story, but I’ve essentially made the spider symbolism significant in my mind as a coping mechanism. I’m not a man of faith, but was I inexplicably was drawn back to a spider pendant, on the day in which I later could’ve :skull: 'ed (life is crazy but I decided to live, literally Hellfire and the Abyss) and falling like a spider practically saved me. Now I’ve got a worse knee, but I’m thankfully still alive and able to continue doing what I enjoy, for however much longer I’ve got.

TL;DR Major catharsis + psychological coping with IRL; This game can be therapeutic even in the age of SoloQ.
You just set your mind to something and get it done.

I got 1800 last night, which is a huge accomplishment for me, especially because I did it as a healer. I wanted to do the druid but that was too hard(paladin healing is way easier.) now I have my very first pvp elite mog set. So proud of myself.
