BIS class phase 1 heals, BIS class phase 2 spriest in pvp, 30 second psychic scream CD when trinkets are 5m, DISPERSION every 2m**. If you’re going to give priest dispersion then give hunters disengage, rogue cloak of shadows, lower retaliation on warriors from a 30m cd, other classes defensives are 5-30m yet priest get TWO, cause they wern’t already good enough in phase 1 we have to make them broken in phase 2, not to mention homunculi soloing tanks. It’s a joke man, melee literally can’t play vs spriest cause they disperse and fear right after, and if you manage to survive with all the dots on you guess what, fears up again (especially terrible for alliance with no wotf), Either raise the cd’s or buff other classes defensive cd’s, they get to wear disperse AND homunculi at the same damn time, tag in vampiric embrace healing more than healers, I’ve seen homonculi literally soloing tanks. Shamans doing a million damage is w/e cause i can counterplay against it by kiting or stun locking depending on the class im playing, spriest you just lose. I hope this class get’s absolutely dumpstered in phase 3 cause it’s a joke to play against in pvp.
Most oppressive class in pvp on top of the best defensives in game. Stuns from dot silence and fear, DISPERSION while dots literally eat your health bar. Homonculi really messes up casters with push back. The class has absolutely 0 weaknesses. Its a joke.
Sambigdam, your post is spot on IMO. You can tell it is by simply queueing for BGs for a few weeks to truly test it. In every single BG, you will notice there are lots of Priests, yet few healers. Much love to those healers, keep it up! The rest are Spriest, because of my next point, you will notice Spriest are at the top of every BG in terms of kills and damage.
It has gotten so bad that I’m starting to queue into BGs that have 4-6 Spriests per team. Players are starting to stack the class they feel is most overpowered. Right now, the only classes players seem to be stacking from weeks of randoms I’ve tested, are Spriests, Boomkins, and Paladins. All other classes seem to come in standard spreads.
In every version of WoW, there is always a melee frontline. Well, there is no longer a melee frontline in phase 2 and anyone can view the field time an time again to see why. Spriests with dots, blackout, and homunculi along with Boomkins. Anyone who gets in range is dotted to high heaven and trashed by high damage in random stun procs. You can literally watch melee hesitant to go in, only Paladins having the guts do to bubble. The frontline now are pets, I’m not lying. Instead of Warriors and others holding down a frontline, you seen swarms of homunculi and Hunter pets. Behind that line is multiple Spriests and Boomkins absolutely wrecking anything that comes close.
100% agree, they are so broken only shamans are more broken.

Dont forget! They can use dispersion while mounted.

Please link your XP and achievs as well as your thought process on how spriest are balanced, I assume if you’re gonna make the claim that no one knows how to pvp you’re really good at the game and can provide valid arguments. I’ll wait.

Dw brother i’ll be joining you tomorrow when that xp buff goes live, can’t wait to sit in the back and dot stuff and run away and if anything hops on me press my 30 second 8 second fear button and then if i get opened on disperse and mitigate 90% dmg into another fear. It’s gonna be so much fun drooling on my keyboard with you

I literally saw spriest homunculi solo a warlock tank, if you’re in range to get drain lifed that’s your issue, skill diff. Who needs to get good again? Go play a non meta class and come back to me in a week. That being said though I can agree that meta locks are dumb af in bg’s we can agree on that, you’re class still worse though.

I’ve yet to hear your class provide any sort of arguement of why you’re not “busted” I’m willing to listen but you just default to “everyone else is bad but me” you know how much of a clown yall look like saying that when you’re literally the most wanted class in the game in pvp?
