Been lookin all over the web and comparing different size mice to each other to try and find the mouse that’s the right size for my tiny hands. i used to use the original razer naga and that thing was perfect, but then it broke and now im using the naga trinity which is a little too big, i been looking at the corsair scimitar. if it helps my palm size is literally 3 1/4 inch by 3 1/4 inch (3.25 x 3.25)
num pad on the side of the mouse is a must
I also have super tiny hands. (My sister refers to them as creepy doll hands.) I’m using the logitech G600. At least for me, it feels better to use than the original Naga did. I haven’t tried the Scimitar, so I don’t know how it would compare.
One of the things I really like about the G600 is the angled thumbpad. I’m a lot more accurate with it than I was with the Naga’s and just its little bumps to find my place.

I’m on a mac, so the Red Dragon wasn’t really a viable option. (I haven’t looks to see if that’s changed. I bought the Logitech more than 4 years ago.)
The scimitar mouse is great, I have small hands and with the adjustable number pad it makes it much easier to deal with.
I tried razer and Logitech and in all honesty I’d never use those again.
