This is a general request for Blizzard. Can we have a behind the scenes of what you guys actually do and consider "work"? I mean we are paying customers. I would like to see how they go from point A to point Z. And see if they really are listening to their fans still.

I would really like a tour of the pencil factory. I'm curious how my customer feedback, as a paying pencil user, is being implemented into their design and production process.
Never visit the sausage factory. Just enjoy the sausage.
