This issue is turning out to be the same as some issues like Warmode.

Blizzard largely ignored them till posters started gloating about no one being in Warmode and they eventually got Blizzard’s attention and got owned.

Someone should write a quick and dirty rep addon that allows the other 4 members of the party to give bad rep to someone that leaves and everyone with the addon can see how they act in groups.
