Race Change was successful and was able to login for a couple of days and play my character… However, now it is saying it’s locked due to a billing issue… For an overpriced service with an overprice monthly sub, this surely is not as smooth as expected. FIX THIS ASAP PLEASE. Ticket # US86135753
