Your settings should be saved, I think? The addons however should be thoroughly borked.
Depends on the nature of the addon.
Some addons can be out of date by quite a substantial amount and still work exactly as intended.
You’ll probably be fine enabling Use out of date Add Ons and just checking on them to update them when you can.
Settings are saved if you exited wow as normal if you alt f4ed than I don’t think they get saved.
I don’t think being creepy is going to get you a date.

I did something foolish and now all my WeakAuras are gone. They weren’t restored when I copied the files over. I suspect it’s because I migrated to CurseForge and gave them no permissions.
Anyway, Bartender4 works. That’s honestly the only add-on I wouldn’t play without. But some other addons should be baked in, like “auto-sell grey,” “quick quest,” the one that puts in your keystone automatically, and “auto repair”
