I have crashed more than 20 times since 230pm today. No one responds anywhere except other random player. Are there just zero options for support with their game now? i dont get it

No crashes yet but latency is incredibly high. Lot’s of others are having issues as well, it seems to be a “them” issue. BTW Blizz, your lack of customer support is a pain. I have paid a lot of money over the years, employ some humans.

if you are running windows 11 and have any of these updates i would try rolling them back to see if the crashes stop, Any of the ones below can cause issues

(KB5063878) was in the last update. How do you know this is causing issues?
Its messing with SSD controllers. causing crashes in a lot of programs not just wow. There are known issues with it causing read errors to drives and just out right corrupting drives if you have certain drives
Regardless if it’s causing your crashes it’s a good idea to remove it before it can corrupt data

Runnning Windows 7 on one computer, and Windows 10 on another.
System crashes every few minutes unless I am in a dungeon. This has been happening all day.
Last KNOWN update for 10 was a week ago. Last KNOWN update for 7 was years ago.
Has anyone heard anything else about this? pretty wild
