6:45am server time. All classes I don’t associate with bots are “others”. Alliance only. Herod is majority Horde so I assume they have even more bots.
Elwynn Forest: 9 Mages 1 Hunter 2 Priests 2 other classes

Ironforge: 34 Mages (No more than 5 of any other class and I can verify many are legit)
Stormwind: 21 Mages (insignificant amounts of other classes with verifiable players)
Darnassus: 1 Paladin what a loser
I omitted zones I felt didn’t have enough players to report, but even still mages/hunters dominated them.
TL;DR: this is the class makeup of the open world and dungeons in Herod and there are likely 10x more bots than real players at this time
425 Mages (4 areas had /who capped at 50 and likely have far more)
65 Hunters
75 Priests
31 Other classes (+stragglers in major cities but no more than 30)
