Yes, everyone on the quest or has completed the quest has the blood so summon kirtronos. If you’re on the quest the quest giver has given you the blood for free. and for everyone else the blood is a 100% or near 100% drop from the butcher and/or jandice (possibly which ever you kill first).
Also i know you’re excited to use your blood to summon the boss, but really wait for everyone to be in the room, and if someone needs jandice for the quest wait and do kirtronos after jandice (or indeed do the whole quest chain in the order of “the butcher” → jandice → kirtronos, but that’s a lot of back tracking so i can understand if you don’t wanna do that much)

it is, have you not seen EVERY post on the forums?
I’ve never had a single person in my party ever have the blood, and the blood doesn’t drop in the dungeon often.

i certainly have not been, the only time krastinov and jandice don’t drop the blood for you is if you haven’t yet done the quest or if you already have one.
It’s the third stage of the quest. It’s not uncommon that people haven’t ran Scholomance twice already (if not more if people skip Jandice).
I suspect this is a spillover from SoD, where people would boss rush Scholomance for daily Undermine Reals.
