Sometimes it takes a while to update everything, when did you add your subscription time?
It renewed about 2pm eastern yesterday 31st
That fits. The website doesn’t always get promptly updated by the backend systems.
Log out of the website and back in. Sometimes that nudges the website to recheck your account status. It may take up to 24 hours after updating game time.

I’ve had this all day and can’t seem to change characters on the forums.
Only able to post from one browser from my shaman, however it’ll only let me select the Bnet profile in the forum character selection; which I’d wager also won’t let me post if I select such.
same thing …i cant post anything
