I know you can pop some tags with $20 in your pocket at a thrift shop. Imagine how much $40 would get you?
Guardians of the Galaxy
Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition
The Outer Worlds
Cyberpunk 2077 (goes on sale often)
If you donât mind JRPGs
DRAGON QUESTŽ XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age⢠- Definitive Edition
(one of my favs of the past few years)
Rock n Roll racing for Sega Genesis?
Cities Skylines 2, Planet Coaster 2 and Farthest Frontier.
gollum has a great story.
V Rising is a bit of a hidden gem. It was quite fun imo.
Enshrouded is worth quite a few hours of play if you like open world / building.
The Riftbreaker is a tower defense / building if you like that sort of thing.
Overcooked 1 and 2 are amazing if you have someone to play with.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition if youâve never played that series.
X-Com 2 is great, plus mods add lots of longetivity
Pillars of Eternity 1&2 are fun rpgs
but it doesnt have gollum.
Stop baiting people lol
DMC bundle is on sale right now.
Otherwise wait on a Steam Sale, think you can find a schedule for them nowadays.
Otherwise the Kingdom Hearts Collection.
lmao.
Nioh 1 and 2 if you want more Diablo in your souls like.
Payday 2 if you have 3 other friends. (Do not buy Payday 3)
V-Rising, Valheim and The Long Dark are all awesome games. If you can add a bit more thereâs NO game like Elden Ring.
Satisfactory for all your undiagnosed OCD needs.
three kingdoms: the last warlord
the problem is, idk what to spend 40 dollars on lol
i have red dead but i havent touched it
Resident Evil 4
You just missed the Spring Sale. The summer one starts June 26.
My spouse loves the Red Ded Redemption games. Also still plays Skyrim. If you can get a little more, Baldurâs Gate 3 is amazing. You can get the first 2, if you want a little of the âbackstoryâ of some of the characters. Thereâs also Icewind Dale and Neverwinter Nights.
I have a bunch of âarcadeâ type games. Bubsy, Peggle, Plague Inc. Clue; Game of Life; Ticket to Ride. And a bunch of sim type games: RollerCoaster Tycoon (all of them, lol); Planet Coaster (1, not 2âŚitâs a buggy mess still), Planet Zoo; Parkitect: Letâs Build a Zoo; Parkasaurus.
Also, not Steam, but you can still play Everquest 1 and 2 for free, at least for some of the content.
nah, i know. i bought red dead during the sale. technically im not buying the game, my friend is buying it.
They made a sequel?!
*rushes off to look
In terms of massive amounts of gameplay value for the money you spend, iâd go with:
- Red Dead 2 (if on sale)
- Assassinâs Creed: Odyssey with all DLC (itâs usually on sale bundled together)
- Cyberpunk 2077 with DLC
You could easily blow 100+ hours in each of these if youâre the type to do a lot of side activities.
Nice game I enjoyed is the Pheonix Wright/Miles Edgeworth series.
Itâs detective /visual novel style if youâre into that.
