On the beta? For what? For Classic? I thought only the base races were available, maybe you got changed into a human.

You should really just be happy you can at least have golden eyes now instead of that gross, low-res green you had before.

I was the GM and Джокер was my warrior there. I had beta for two regions.
I saw no need as I thought it was coming into live. And also, the blue eyes were very glitched, they were too pixilated and floated in front of the face.
Beta for what? There is no beta out that I know of, aside from Classic, where there will be no blood elves.

Ah, ok. That was ages ago so I hadn’t considered that. Have you been able to find anyone else who had this? I imagine it would have been a glitch on Blizzard’s end that they never discussed, which definitely wouldn’t surprise me.
No I have not encountered anyone else who had this. But I had blue eyes. They were the very first top 3 selections for the Blood Elves and then there were golden eyes and ofc the green ones. But the blue eyes floated in front of the face as an obvious glitch.

I wish I had some answers for you, since I know the blue eyes are a pretty popular request. Unfortunately, this is the first I’ve heard of it. I hope you can get some answers, though.
That’s because they moved all NPCs to character models (to increase NPC customization, as well as to do things like Golden Eyes for Blood Elves and Black Eyes for Night Elves), and the High Elf model was accidentally turned on for players.
Accidentally being the key word. It was never meant to be a player option. It was entirely for the ALLIANCE NPCs.
I still prefer the low res green eyes on my Blood Elves. Especially warlocks.
