I think that a weekly recharging 1 charge per week for solo content refresh would be a great way to help people accelerate alts into the endgame. I mean a full solo content refresh on a button click so that you can get 8 coffer keys, 4 overcharged delves, and maybe even double mythic 0 and Raid Finder lockout. It wouldn’t pressure the pro players into much extra gameplay loop and it would only help the new players get further faster. Please consider this! 
I can get a fresh 80 alt to 655 in 4 hours of gameplay with the only group content being 4 LFR bosses for a dinar trinket.
It’s never been easier to gear up in this game.

It would still help solo DPS players like myself. The 10+ minute DPS queues slow it down quite a bit.
How would a solo content refresh help you with queues? I literally just said you don’t have to do anything except 4 LFR bosses and you can be over 650 in a matter of hours.
Currently, you can get a bunch of Veteran gear, 1 Champ piece, 1 Hero piece and the Zappy Delves belt, then run LFR for another Hero piece and whatever else drops. All in a couple few hours.
Then you can get 4 Coffer Keys for 4 more pieces and then the Vault for next week.
The only queued content you have to do for that is Timewalking and LFR.

4 and 5 mask visions also drop Heroic gear. A new player would need to fill out the tree so that would take a little bit of time but otherwise with a full tree you should be able to do those at 640.
Plus Circe’s Circlet for now is still an easy upgrade.

Forgot about the Circlet. And I still haven’t touched Visions, so I didn’t even know they had gear. LOL
