I had a fel and shadow succubus and now they are locked in the color menu in the barber

So you didn’t retroactively unlock the skins when you changed over to the barber shop blizz so now i have to go back in and hope RNG drops the orb i guess.

Yeah I bought the shadow succubus with gold, now I have to buy it again

I’m disappointed I may have to farm cathedral again for the orb. I wish they had taken that into account and transferred that over to the barber shop.

Either blizz is completely stupid and forgot to give us what we’ve unlocked. Or they want us to waste more time redoing what we’ve already done

Can confirm they want us to waste time as I was directed to an article saying all cosmetics are gone and must be refarmed.
