Customer Support has zero input on the game and game content, Vasparion. If you have feedback it is best to post it where our Community and Dev teams can see it. Such as General Discussion, or the UI and Macro forum.
That said, implementations of feedback and suggestions often takes time. Just because you haven’t seen anything about it, doesn’t mean that it is being ignored or that our game developers don’t care.
I’m locking this one, as this is the wrong location for feedback. The changes brought with the pre-patch are still fairly new. Folks who didn’t experience them during testing are just getting their hands on it, finding what they like, what they don’t, and hopefully, providing constructive feedback on what they would like to see.
Again, that takes time to gather, collate, consider and iterate on.
