Mine is different WoW licenses on the same Battlenet

Use Case:
I had some problems with this yesterday but got it to work:

  1. Make a new cross Faction Community called DustinsAlts on WoW2 with Brotherlove lvl 35Dark Iron Dwarf Priest.
  2. Invite Johnstud, lvl 50 Tauren druid on WoW1
  3. He’s in the community and can be messaged.
  4. Now I must go inside the raid or instance with the character that is inviting.

Example: Brotherlove has to go inside Molten Core, then can successfully invite John Stud. If I tried to form this group initially outside of any instance or raid it would say “Target is Hostile”

After I was able to successfully invite 1 time, i could invite again and form the group from anywhere.
