same reason alliance have 500 NPCs at the base GY and the horde has 0

The horde NPCs are largely skip able

Yeah, alliance can win in under 5 min, horde can’t for that reason. It’s wild, we were literally forced to van zug. Even a perfect run where adds die instantly, lose before we pull.

Its dependent on queue times.
