Ah, that was why I clicked on that mailbox in the vision.
I knew you got something, but forgot what it was 
I’ve only seen the one mailbox, will keep eyes open.
Sounds like about 5-6 percent, based on posts on wowhead (so figure about equal to Arathi/Darkshore rare mount drop rate.)

Statement: it will be where one of the mail boxes in the actual city are. So just take a walk around SW/Org and make note of mail box locations. Hoping I get my mount soon ^.^

On hault for the most part. I got the ivory cloud serpent when servers came up from a restart but thats about the extent to my luck so far.
