That is awesome! I really love that through gaming family members can stay connected. I wish my family members played games with me. My dad was asking me questions about it and I showed him around in wow but I don’t think he would ever play haha

Congrats. I have a similar story, but it doesnt involve WoW or any video game for that matter.

Husband and I play. 3 of his adult children played (2 are not active atm). His brother plays. One of our sons at home play. 3 closer-than-family friends play/played (1 active right now, 2 not atm). Distances range from 60 to 300mi from us. Sprinkle in a few nieces and nephews and a couple spouses that activate every so often.

It makes living so far from everyone (especially during winter) not so harsh, that’s for sure. And it’s definitely a blast when we get 5 on at the same time to run dungeons together as I avoid pugs.

That is definitely a huge plus. I would probably run a lot more dungeons if I had people I was really close with. Would probably be more fun and I wouldn’t feel bad if I messed up. haha

Ha! No, Landscapes, neither of us raid/do mythics. We play the game for the casual content and roleplay mostly. We both raided in the BC/Wrath era and haven’t been back since.
