Welcome to war mode. Where 25 percent of the players exploit toys, bugged items, buffs, and when they still lose, have such a fragile ego, they can’t stand dying, and always have found a way to phase out. The follower dungeon exploit has just made this more prevalant than ever.

You can almost certainly macro to join a follower dungeon with a single button, it takes exactly 4 seconds for the queue to pop, give me one class that can kill someone is less than 4 seconds.
Lots of people have killed players in less than 4 seconds. My paladin did that back to back in original WoTLK. And many people have one shotted other players in the game. Warlocks used to be able to one shot with shadowbolt.

Yup, I’ve legit seen Iceblock → Fade out of existance → Back with all cds up 30 secs later. Rinse and repeat.

WM ON phases exist nowadays just to gather farm with a second instance when WM OFF is invaded by bots hoovering up all the nodes.
It’s used as an instance selector rather than a pvp selector.

Yeah yeah, back in my day we camped hellfire for easy level 58’s who didn’t know feign death doesn’t work on players. Go get some sleep grandpa.

Ah yes… haven’t bothered with wpvp since the introduction of warmode killed my old server but hey this little instance macro trick has been used for years and years lol especially if your class could q as tank or heal. Follower q is just the hilarious evolution of it.
So relevant that Blizzard has gone out of their way to try and bring it back in multiple version, multiple times.

Some days though it takes too long and you do get killed. At least with follower we all know it’s basically instant and a get out of jail free card.
So prove it? What class can now kill you in under 4 seconds, all you have done so far is talk about the past which doesn’t matter.
More like under a second, not just 4…but you wouldn’t know because you never play retail at max level. I play shaman and pally in retail. Both can one shot. Getting to 80 and playing at 80 are two totally different things…all you are good at doing is getting there. But you dont know how to play once you are there as your comments show.

I also counted 6 seconds for the first kill, then after all the procs from their spells hitting other people they were able to get some fast kills off, that’s not a 1 second or one shot kill, that’s them using spells prior that gave them procs that allowed their spells to hit harder, you really need to learn the difference here.
1 second, or one shot would be if a Warlock cast one single Chaos Bolt and it killed someone from 100-0 without any prior interactions or procs. One shot would be if I walked up to someone and pressed Rising Sun Kick and it done 6 million damage, one shot would be if a rogue was able to pop out of stealth and do an 8 million damage sinister strike.
No one in the game is able to pull off a single, unprocced, zero preparation spell that can instantly kill someone. Maybe 16 years ago it was possible, but not today.

The level of my posting toon does not reflect what my max levels are in other versions of the game. And you are silly for thinking that we all need to be max level in every version of the game for the forums that we are posting on with our posting toons. Not going to switch over to a max level Cata toon to post there are a max level TWW toon to post then and then max level of everything else just to post everywhere else. I made valid points and you know it…
One shots exist in this game in every mode of the game that has ever been out ever. This is nothing new so quit pretending like this is something that no one has ever heard of and something that is impossible to do.
And yea you counted 6 seconds for the 1st kill. You very clearly didn’t watch the video.
Shammy was wrecking everyone in that bg back to back in seconds. And some were one shots.

You can look up and find one shot vids in every form of PvP for every single expac since launch and you can find them. So yea, don’t sit here and tell me that garbage.

Maybe you should watch the video and realize you are watching someone abusing the crap out of people in random BGs. Not in an actual fair or competitive PvP setting. And also for all intents and purposes, effectively twinking as well.
Linking to a video demonstrating a twink doing twink things does nothing for your claim except demonstrate how little of a leg you have to stand on.

regardless of the terrible example you provided that doesn’t in any way further your argument, i’m incredibly baffled why you’re trying so hard to play devil’s advocate on a topic you clearly have no stakes in – it’s very apparent you don’t pvp enough, if at all.
are you just trying to use this post as a social platform to talk about the ye old days of WoW, or are you lonely and just stirring up nonsense for attention? i understand that the WoW forums is a magnet for old geezers that have too much time on their hands, but there are better social media out there with likeminded people for you to vent to without needing to derail a perfectly valid complaint about a video game. facebook seems like the perfect fit for you, demographically speaking.
