I guess we should call it the Trashbringer now. From Vanilla myth to garbage can. Hysterical.
I mean… it’s power was drained and it ended up as just a hunk of metal with no one left to carry it.
… still better than the Burger King crown.
Have you checked its air pressure?
I’m surprised nobody has found Jani the trash lowa yet.
Isn’t too late to delete this post OP, or else you’ll be the victim of several angry Ret Paladins.
I always thought Verigan’s Fist looked better than the Ashbringer as an old paladin weapon.
I don’t like the silly floating disc. Never did.
I havent been able to play much, sayyyyy what now?
I mean right in front of it is a goblin who makes a comment about as long as your not carrying a dragon. He’s not going to ask any questions come on in. I found that to be a bit ironic of a thing to say to my Dracthyr warrior. But it’s not the first time Blizzard forgot to add a race check to a comment, one of the first times it ever happened was the Worgen village in Grizzly Hills in Northrend where after you get chased by feral Worgen the NPC yells at the player character. WERE YOU BITTEN? I always imagined my Worgen character turning to look at the NPC and saying slowly… I think I got bitten!
it is fitting… With the hype of legion and weapon… Fate of the weapon. Legion ruin such weapons Doomhammer, Forstmourne and Ashbringer, see them in trash like that… Oddly fitting what happen to them.
Legion was mistake.
A few angry paladins never worried me. What are they gonna do? Write angry posts at me?
I haven’t logged into the new patch yet. Is there a screenshot of this? Sounds hilarious

That was the big problem with Legion. You are toting around these hyper legendary weapons, lore defining ones, ones that have witnessed more than many characters ever will. (Even in a literal sense, as far as Xal’atath goes)
All to be replaced with quest greens the next expansion.
Ashbringer is now no better than a gray chipped longsword you loot off a cutpurse in Elwynn.
The story telling has been on a downhill track for awhile. Legion is one of many examples.
How the lore of this once beloved world has been disrespected. Smh
pretty funny. Is that the Rsham artifact on the ground?
nope, the holy priest artifact.
Where in the Undermine is this?
Entrance to the Demo Dome behind a goblin checking for contraband. Like right at the entrance.
I have to admit that I smiled at this. Might have chuckled if it wouldn’t have disturbed people around me.
That’s just baffling to me that they would do one of the most iconic lore weapons like that.
Why wouldn’t the Paladins want to put it on display in their class hall or something?
