I had a piece of gear on from a covenant i was no longer in. the gloves. take them off.
it wasn’t allowing me to transmog anything when they were equipped. hope this helps!

As I understand convent gear and their transmogs are locked if you change covenants.
My blacksmith opened a lockbox and got a nice set of leggings as she was leveling…untransmogable. Didn’t matter, a few hours later, she got better pants. But it was weird.
You can’t make this stuff up lmao…
The funniest part about this is: i actually went in game and found the people having this issue and asked them about it, surprise surpise, we were all experiencing the EXACT same issue i laid out and gave a solution for.
So at the end of the day i was the ONLY person in that thread giving an effective solution based on the facts and NOT making assumptions. which is exactly what you were doing, its called projection, you can do it if you want but there will be people like me who call you out.
