Feels good to accomplish something, what should I do with it? Smite enemies in Outland? Or is there another enemy that is in need of my judgement?

Its okay, but I’m not really a fan of it, to be honest. I really prefer the older sets of armor like my current one, along with the Lightbringer and Radiant Lightbringer sets.
