i actually got 1000 points, and then it told me to go to the trade post while iwas doing other stuff, i logged off forgot about it, reloged later and then i found out it resets, and i couldn’t go get my mount reward ? please help .

It reset for me as well every time I logged out. However itreturned to where it was plus the extra when I did another part . It also reset when reached max and reward was in the chest. Have you looked in the chest yet.
