my alt that did no weeklies the past three weeks is at 4 coffer keys plus 100 shards, my main is at 2 keys…not even sure what to do to get the other two full keys this week.

You wont be able to get more than 4 keys this week if you kept up with the weekly quests. There aren’t enough pinnacle cache sources right now for 4 keys
I have 6 keys, 4 from whole keys and 200 shards, I havent done the weekly quests (delves, call of the worldsoul) in a few weeks so I was able to do them all this week. My guildmate kept up and has only been able to get 4 keys, 2 whole ones and 200 shards.
All the older content (surge pricing, theatre troupe, and special assignments outside of K’arash , etc) only give seasoned adventures caches which only give shards and that’s capped.

So… how are you being punished?
There aren’t then how did an alt I just made a couple weeks ago and only got to 80 last week already get 4 full keys?

An alt made a couple of weeks ago would have the 3 weekly quests that rotate available to do in one week. The OP kept up with those quests and therefore can only do one of those quests this week.

No they wont because they dont have the 3 rotating weekly quests because they kept up with it

I mean you’ll definitely have more than 2
They won’t have 6 though. Which is the most you can get this week, whereas others can only get 4 if they kept up. Which is the point of the OP’s post.

I did every single weekly on an alt I didn’t play since s1 and only got 5
I got 3 whole keys from the 3 rotating weekly quests (the 3 delves, the titan discs, and call of the world soul) and a 4th whole key from the special assignment quest in K’arash
After that I got all those caches from the older content like theater, surge pricing etc, and i got 200 shards from those (it caps at 200 shards) which gives me 2 more keys
so 6 total

It feels bad for sure when unplayed toons can get easy caches/keys like “complete any seasonal dungeon” yet if you did the World Soul quest on a toon recently, it just isn’t there.
When a new season starts these quests should reset for ALL characters.

I’m just happy they’re letting us collect these and get a hero vault before the actual season starts on Wednesday. They could have disabled it mid-season and it would have felt miserable.
I.E this time last season we could use our S1 keys in delves, but wouldn’t get new season vault credit. It would be the old loot table.

I have an older alt I want to play, in PvP, but his gear is still from season one, so I kinda can’t.
Basically would have to grind out honor on a newer character and send it over, at the very least. So he doesn’t suffer too badly trying to gear up.
But everyone is still in their conquest sets from season 2, the better new honor gear doesn’t come out until next week I think?
Yeah, next week is the real 11.2.
That’s so weird because just today I took three more characters all the way from the front gate to the wraps in about three hours each collected more than 1000 valor stones and each of them are now setting it 655 item level. Haven’t even touched the instance content yet not a Delve or a dungeon. If this is what it’s like to be a casual I can only imagine how many level 80s the hard-core already have it 700 item level. 
I only just realized a few days ago they are on 3 week rotations (I’m slow lol). It’s annoying as my main is at 3 keys while all of my alts are at 6 keys. It wont hurt in the long run but it does feel discouraging.
If it’s like this next xpac ill have to time those 3 week quests at the end of the season (basically playing less) so it doesn’t happen again.
Quests like that should reset at the start of a new season.
So does anyone know where we’re going to be actually getting 4 full keys during the week? pinnacle cache will be one, ka’resh special assignement another…but all the older world events only give shards
