Here lately, when I’ve tried to RP around the Blue Recluse, this Tauren Rogue, not naming names, keeps popping up, killing any NPCs that get near, then repeatedly /sit-ing on me, and anyoone RPing near me. We’re not PvP-geared, and anytime he’s attacked by annoyed players, he always seems to get away, just to come back later and do it all over again.
Anytime he shows up he only seems to focus on doing this to me, my friend, and anybody interacting with us directly, and I’m beginning to feel like they’re specifically targeting us for some reason…
honestly it just sounds like every other rogue that goes to the enemys capital

I keep forgetting that they actually added Tauren Rogues and being like “wtf thats not me” anytime I see a mention of a Tauren rogue. Lmao.
Anyways. As mentioned, sounds like normal city pvp behavior. Happens a lot in Horde Cities with the Alliance who come in.
If they are actually trying to disrupt RP of people who arent flagged then you can try using the report function. Otherwise, I would honestly just pretend they arent even there and just continue what you were doing. Eventually they will get bored and move somewhere else.

It was not the Grimtotem. It is advised to have him destroyed. May the Gods (Admins) get rid of this filth.

If its who I think it is, name starts with an ‘L’, they’ve been doing that for ages. They’re generally friendly through, will give you a wave back if you wave at them.
They goad warmode players all the time, groups often get put together to fight them back. If you’re not flagged for pvp they can’t touch you.

Not them, no. This one’s name starts with an F.
My only run in with a rogue was a couple weeks after returning to WoW. It was a Tauren Rogue and I couldn’t stop laughing after he got me. Where I came from it was no big deal to flag for PvP as soon as you could. It was expected so naturally old habits just never break. I had just walked out of the Pig n Whistle after flipping on WM and was walking around looking for RP and BLAM, I was face down in a tunnel saying to myself, “Was that really a Tauren rogue? Huh, who knew?” He could’ve easily camped me but he didn’t. It was a great first memory to have of playing on Moon Guard.
There is always of course a PvP solution. Leveling and gearing isn’t terrible at all these days. Could be temporarily frustrating but also very satisfying once you see them on the floor

Sorry, I’ve been a little lax on my Rogue Booping duties lately. Don’t worry though, the Pook will flush these stabby rogues out and give them a good talking to.

PvP can certainly be fun. You just have to find the right group of people. It’s a lot like taking the time to find a group of RPers and clicking with them. Good times for sure!
I would mention to the OP that if that Tauren player continuously griefs you there is absolutely nothing wrong with reporting them. I got lucky and happened across an honorable Tauren rogue. Lol.
I am trying to make an RP guild, and I want to be as helpful as I can on Moon Guard. With war mode I did not think this was a problem. I had an idea that I had thrown away until reading this thread. Do you believe that “Guard squad” services with groups of pvpers would interest individuals RPing in warmode? For a small fee say 1000 gold an hour. We could protect and enforce your rules at your event. With cross faction guilds we could have a “big stick” for any trouble makers. Would this be something people here feel would be valuable ? Keep an eye our for The Orchid Eclipse Legion we are looking for problems like this to solve and players to help us solve them here on Moon Guard.
Imagine sitting in a capital and getting snuck up on by a cow…. You have the perception of a dead fish.
In Soviet Stormwind, cow tips YOU!
