I feel like Blizzard needs to open up about why Frost is always the worst

Icy Propulsion needs to be buffed to at least 1.25

Snowstorm should be buffed.

Cold front is dead without Deathborne. They should buff Fractured frost a bit and but it in place of snap freeze, which could just be baked into the spec.
