During Comp Stomp week on multiple characters and I don’t even PvP and don’t know what I’m going to do with the honor. I’d like to thank the Academy and my parents for allowing me to have this moment.

I didn’t keep track of the honor, but I gained 22 levels and earned 546 Mark of Honor. Didn’t even bother to count the hundreds and HUNDREDS of Darkmoon Fair items.
But if an Honor level is about 8000 Honor (it’s a little more iirc), then if I gained 22 Honor levels …
… omg. I really milked this event. lol

Just turn the honor into bloodstones and sell those on the AH you can get about 25-30k for a full stack of 6 of em

Go buy yourself some vicious bloodstones and make yourself some gold on the AH. Or buy some pvp recipes if you do crafting.
I only remembered it was comp stomp on Friday night so missed a lot of it. But it’ll be back.

I make 30k honor a week doing epic bg’s
I rarely PvP but Comp Stomp was such a nice way to get basically free honor and Marks of Honor, and to finally after 20 years finish my Arathi rep.
And yes, I’m using the honor I got on all my characters to buy transmogs and recipes.
Comp Stomp: keeping people like me out of serious battlegrounds…

i mean its not hard to farm it each round ends in 3mins if you take stables right away, all the bots go running back and they ignore all other flags so every round is a 3min win. 3min wins 600+ per a win if you drink the honor potion that gives more honor easy levels per a hour.

The last comp stomp, I earned 25 honor levels and this time I couldn’t be bothered to get more than 2 honor levels.
Cartel reps grind needs done, even through the rare weeks of comp stomp.

It’s a slog, but I’d been doing delves forever so it was a nice break. Bots gotta know who is in charge.
This. My DH tank is pretty geared and I’d just go straight to the stables, kill the priest and the paladin that were always there, and then everybody else gets there and we head up to the GY to camp. Honor flask is a must. Nice if you have about 5 characters to do it on so you get a bit more for that initial win. I think I’m done for the expansion though.
I have hundreds of marks waiting for more transmog to become available.

It actually is not.
Because you don’t get Honor for kills in Comp Stomp. The amount of Honor you win is based solely on your score. Which… is set in stone. You get the same amount of Honor for a score of 2000: no more, no less. You’re capped. Doesn’t matter if you only held 3 bases, or GY-farmed them the whole game. Same amount of Honor.
Using an Honor flask amounts to about 30 extra Honor. I mean… big whoop.
Even if you’re pushing 10 alts, that’s only 300 Honor. Isn’t a single Crate worth 450?
Some people will say “every little bit helps”, but sometimes, the juice isn’t worth the squeeze.
Save those potions for Ashran week when you’re in a good steamroll group.
i mean 600 honor for a win instead adds up quickly plus the 17 per a tick for each flag also adds up
