Again, I wasn’t speaking about JUST raiders. I’ve said so in the post that you’ve quoted.
I wasn’t even speaking of raiding in my post. I was addressing the fact that there used to be a lot more to do in this game beyond diving into ANY instanced material.
It’s the fault of Blizzard, and M+ players shouldn’t feel upset when people who play other modes want attention.
So, let me be direct. It isn’t the fault of M+ players, it’s the fault of Blizzard. If anyone should be upset, it should be anyone who wants more to do than instanced dungeon / raid material. Blizzard should focus heavily on the following for the next few years.
- Updating and integrating the game into earlier maps; make the world an actual world
- PvP
- Open World events
- New Holiday events (including new Holidays).
- Dynamic events (as seen in FF14, Rifts, GW2, ESO)
- Saving citizens / travelers from hazards and mobs (City of Heroes, ESO)
- Weather specific events (FF14, Rifts, ESO)
