The change is only for buying game time with battle.net balance right?
My normal sub isn’t changing.

What you want doesn’t matter. What you like doesn’t matter. Blizzard is not here to serve you, to give you anything you want. You are a customer. Like any other business, Blizzard wants to please customers in general, but does not satisfy every customer’s “wants” and “likes”.
If the changed policy is unacceptable to you, you will quit. Blizzard knows that.
If they removed some payment options, they had business reasons for making that change. It wasn’t a joke or a whim. It was a business decision. I don’t know the reason, just like I don’t know the reasons thousands of other companies set their payment options. That’s normal, since I don’t work for Blizzard’s sales department.
Your “family” is all multi-boxers? And you only want to pay every account one month at a time, because Blizzard keeps banning your many acounts? And you don’t dare show Blizzard a credit card?
Sounds pre-tty suspicious to me.
I personally thought the change was done because the $60 was the one being selected most of the time with the 30 day and 180 day making up very small percentages.
But hey, if someone has those numbers, lets see them.
They’re not money hungry, Bobby just needs a new yacht, stop being greedy dude.
Not sure if this was said anywhere in this thread but the change I believe is only for buying time with battle.net currency.
You can still subscribe monthly like normal.
I think going in and buying another period of play every month would be more tedious. And it’s no different that most online subscriptions such as Spotify or Netflix.
I did buy mine in WoW in six month lots, which I do regret as I quit playing about a month ago. Same buyers remorse as when I got a year of Disney+.
Pardon my ignorance on this, but wouldn’t just paying with a credit card be a lot more convenient than having to get a card from the store every month?
No likes for a post implying people don’t understand how these things work.
I propose that you can’t post to the forums unless you have an active sub.
Get it done BLizzard
“Money hungry”? That makes no sense at all. It obviously is not the reason for this change.
How about fighting against botters? Don’t botters pay cash (hide credit cards), and only buy 1 month at a time (since Blizzard could ban this account).
I care MUCH more about fighting botters than “what you like”.
Yes. It’s a whole lot faster too. It’s a trip to the store each month (you can’t buy multiple cards and pay “one month at a time”), plus typing in all those numbers from the card, into the PC. That takes A LOT longer than a credit card.
So it isn’t “convenience”. My only idea is botting. Why pay 2 months, for an account Bizzard might ban next week?
LOL. Um no. Move along troll.
Blizzard is a like cable TV. They take away five channels and give you six more QVC and vacuum selling channels
