I don't understand the ability "Celestial Conduit"

So, after you cast the ability Celestial Conduit, you get another proc appear called “Unity Within” to call upon a celestial to help you fight for 200% effectiveness…

Sooooooooooooo do I just double tap celestial conduit so it also casts unity within? why is it a separate proc after I cast celestial conduit? is there a disadvantage of casting unity within? Why doesn’t it just cast at the same time?

Unity Within is meant to “force” all the celestial effects to trigger, whereas while you’re casting Celestial Conduit they simply have a chance to proc.

Generally you want to let Celestial Conduit finish casting so Unity will trigger on its own. Unfortunately there’s currently a bug where it does not always trigger on its own at the end, so we recommend casting Conduit again at the last second to insure you get Unity Within.
