the reason is simple…
all we had to do for precog before was swap a talent, now i need to participate on a system i would rather not take part of.
All i wanted to do was put myself on the queue on the laziest way possible and get my good gear in peace.

Precognition is on gear now because they removed the CC reduction and made it baseline I’m pretty sure? Plus it frees up a talent slot for most classes now. Some it’s useless.
Honestly instead of giving caster something else, reduce the amount of micro cc, stun, silence on all spec, remove precog and problem fixed

Can someone explain to my why people are saying it takes so long to get precog or that you need to do pve…? Isn’t it like literally chapter 2 of the main quest and that’s it? You can do it right now no?

The only thing I don’t like about precog is that it rewards casters who fail to juke if they get interrupted twice, one landing and one overlapping.
yo precog wouldnt be so bad but every single person on my solo shuffle team feeds precog every chance they get.
realistically the haste should be removed
and this too^, if a kick lands there should be a window where pre-cog cannot proc
