I honestly wish the racial backgrounds could be campsites. Like, the worgen or Kul Tiran backgrounds would make amazing campsites.

Just drag your characters out of the āfavoritesā selection on the character select screen, then it goes back to the OG presentation of a singular character. If you tend to only play one character you can also minimize that whole selection screen now so thatās cool.
This, i was thinking the other day that all the OG backgrounds should be able to be selected as the campsites and then of course keep giving us the new ones too

Ah, not quite the reversion I was hoping to be able to achieve haha. I did know about pulling them out of favorites to get old backdrops
On the other end, I love the goblin casino one. That one really makes your characters look bad in the light but it looks really cool otherwise.

I think this is two different issues. The first change they made came before campsites. They put all of our characters in one long list. Then they added campsites.
If they did away with campsites you would have all your 'toons in one long list again.
What you want is for them to go back two changes.
Ah, I took a break from season 2 df until halfway through season 1 tww so I missed all of it happening
Go to the top of the char list, there will be a bar labeled Favorites, right click on it and a window labeled delete/rename. Click that and delete it.
I love the campsites, just wish you could have more characters in one screen, maybe someone whittling away in the background, or leaning back in a chair napping, or leaning against a wall, or working or dancing. Also wish the main ones would have something to sit on instead of the ground, or show them doing something like sharpening a weapon or wiping down a gun or whatever.
I am happy we get to make more groups though, so my horde characters can finally have their own campsites.
I assume weāll get some old zone campsites eventually too, they are just throwing current ones at us now, but weāll likely get new old looking ones at some point.
Quite a few zones or backgrounds Iād love to see though for sure.
I can also understand people that donāt like it, and I do miss my old server lists since I had them separate by alliance and horde. /shrug
For those who like campsites that is great but I see no value in them. I literally on that screen for 15 secsā¦so not sure I see any value in it but maybe I am wrongā¦ and glad to admit to it if there is something Iām missing other than character selection screen (among other options).
That doesnāt do what Dotdot wants. As there is no way to revert to a realm only list of characters.

Interestingly enough, my GPU fans run hot on campsites. No idea why.

If you want your characters only and no camp. You gotta make a new bar and delete the favorites. No more camp. I love it.
