There are tubs in the shrines and other inns as well. Pandas must be very clean folk.

Do you not have a shower face? I’ve come to realize I grimace constantly in the shower.
My druid bathes in hidden moonwell

They either smell musky which is hot or like cattle and no amount of bathing would fix that, so either way bathing them would be pointless.
Just make your character run thru a few ponds and puddles, rinse em’ off.
