I don't AoE farm, but

Hi there! So I’m a lazy mage, I don’t actually AoE farm, I just make my gold through other means, so this change doesn’t effect me TOO much. However, I noticed the change. I’ve actually been leveling an alt through boosts.

I don’t understand how Blizzard can say this change was directed at bots. The change is only across one realm, so botters can now just either change realms every 6 hours, or get more accounts to hop between, or even switch to an open world farm. I do see things like crowd pummelers, SCG/HoJ farms, Lasher farms, DME farms, and boosters being effected.

Is it me, or was this an ineffective way to deal with the botting problem? And yes, I’ve heard the argument that if someone spends more than 6 hours a day in an instance that this isn’t okay. =)

This change is a step in the right direction. Improved blizzard and permafrost need to be nerfed.

The change is a needless hit to actual players just to give the illusion of fighting an actual problem. If people care about this game then we need organize a mass unsubscribe.

LOL

One is to combat bots, or fake attempt to at least, the other is change a class ability. What an idiot.
