eh its close. Better mobility to get drinks as rshammy and more rshammy friendly comps in the tourney. I think we’ve pretty much only seen rubcub play hpally, while we’ve seen many more rshammys.
Idk just more rshammy friendly comps viable right now.

Pretty sure you can just put a hpal in for any rsham comp and it instantly becomes better because hpal has healing output
