stop forcing me to do this awful repetitive garbage. Give us another way to get soul ash. I really can’t fathom how any breathing, even remotely functioning human being could’ve thought this was a good idea, does blizzard have worms for brains?

I’d highly recommend just running it in a group. Even in pugs, some of the powers and interactions are funny and interesting. I actually enjoy it.
Solo, however, is a terrible experience, especially if you’re a caster like me.
I enjoy it. Not TC, but the normal ones are fun.
It really isn’t that big of a deal. It’s no different than any other weekly quest as far as repetition goes.
Torghast was already nerfed into oblivion to where most anyone/group can clear layer 8 despite having invested minimal time in gearing their characters.
Are you so upset about it because the repetition bothers you that much (wow has a lot of repetition) or are you failing and getting angry?
I just run it on Monday nights and don’t even “push” the leveling. The easier it is the faster it’s over so I just do a 4 or 5 on my main. I quit bothering on my alts since I don’t raid on them and don’t care.
Why should the top layers of Torghast be easy for people who haven’t even bothered to get WQ level gear?
Are Mythic raids or M+ “overtuned” because you can’t do them in ilvl 147?
If you don’t play enough to have gotten higher than 147 in over a month of play, then you don’t play nearly enough to need to worry about capping soul ash. Just do layer 1 or 2 and stop complaining about “Leetists” and “no lifers”.

and why should we expect layer 8 to be completed by a fresh lvl 60? you can literally buy crafted gear better than that for few thousand gold. normal-mode dungeon give better loot than that. world quest give better loot than that.
layer 8 is supposed to be a challenge for solo-player… not a trivial thing you complete as soon as you ding 60

By “leetist and no lifer” you actually mean someone who has spent more than a few hours at level 60, since you’re 60 quoting gear levels less than that of normal mode dungeons. You’ve got 1 piece of loot from a normal dungeon, 1 piece from a heroic, and 2 pieces over 200 which are from timewalking and this week’s worldboss.
So, you have minimal playtime at 60 and came to the forums to file hollow grievances about struggling on the current top layers of Torghast. Feel free to tell us all a story about how you’ve supposedly spent dozens of hours farming dungeons and have nothing to show for it.
