I have have never known any frustration greater than playing this class, specially enhancement. Every tool they have other classes just have better versions of.
Dodgeable stun, poly that they can just follow you, heals are worthless, rng main rotation, it is just so frustrating.
I love the RNG. I pick Hot hands to add even more. Rng is the reason I play it. Honestly, aside from survivability problems, idk why more people dont love ENH.
ya when you compare enhance to classes like demon hunter or even warrior they feel a mess.Like demon hunter has more single target damage, aoe, defensives, mobility, self heals,and utility. Absolutely nothing an enhancement shaman does better.

Even the new covenant abilities seem so uninspired compared to other class abilities one is chain lightning and chain heals 
… I don’t see anything wrong with that. These aren’t supposed to be massively gameplay-shaking abilities. We get a totem that explodes up to 3 times when we use abilities and a chain that will go through multiple targets, friend or foe. Keep in mind that these are just vague tooltips, we have no Idea what the values or cooldowns are, or if our kit will change enough to make using these things a hassle or not.
The only ability that seems bonkers with no context is the Venthyr Priest one: Mind Games. Assuming there is no cap (there’s definitely going to be one) just imagine what that would do to Lay on Hands.
As far as the rest of the post goes? Minimize your RNG. There’s a lot you can’t avoid, but minimize it to a workable level. Survivability in PvP (which I assume this is about)? Get a friend. Never be alone. You actually play like a support class and have your team take the brunt of it while you buff them and disrupt the other team. Like has been said everywhere on this forum: your survivability is the lowest in the game, you need that backup. No, it’s not an ideal or desired solution, but it’s what we have to work with.
The problem is that specs like Havoc and Fury are really easy to play and be above average, while Enhancement takes a lot of work and forethought. That’s… why there’s a stigma against us. People who haven’t been playing long don’t know how our tools work, or even that we have those tools.
That, and the leveling process is crap, jesus christ.
