I didn't think Twitch drops could get any worse

And now we’re expected to pay some random streamer $10 for a pet? I thought Twitch drops were already horrible. It’s essentially legal viewbotting and cannibalizes the smaller streamers because nobody is going to watch some pleb who doesn’t have drops enabled. It’s a rich get richer situation and now these (insert swear word) expect us to PAY?! Frick off.

Oh no…

They’ve begun to realize what the entire platform is for.

KILL THEM BEFORE AN INVESTOR CALL.

You don’t even know what the criteria for “eligible creator’s channel” will be.

Sit down.

It’s only ever like 20 or so streamers max. Stop slorpin Blizz’s glizzy. That was only 1 point too.

kinda funny how they dont want u to give money to someone who held on to a collectible for years while it appreciates like a normal asset/collectible and instead want u to funnel microtransactions into streamers pockets for ???

Should’ve been a charity pet. Or just in the store.

What? Who cares about some stupid battlepet lmao. It could have been WAY worse as they could have made the mount which is the thing everyone wants locked behind the gifting which requires paying unlike the free version we get now, they also could have put them as prime gaming rewards instead which requires a amazon prime sub which costs even more. In the end we literally got the best possible outcome not sure why you’re complaining.

When it’s a charity pet that donates to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, I practically throw my money at them

This is the best outcome to you? That’s just sad.

Yes getting a $3500 mount for free is the best outcome, sorry you lack the critical thinking skills to understand why.

I thought pretty much anyone could enable the drops though?

Q. As a streamer, how do I get Twitch Drops on my channel?
A. All you need to do is make sure your Twitch and Battle.net accounts are linked, and that you’re opted into Drops (see Drops Streamer Home).

If you’re truly a “pleb” who cares about your numbers and you chose not to enable drops during these events, that just sounds like bad business sense.

You’re purposefully ignoring everything I said. You’re saying I lack critical thinking skills when you can’t even comprehend anything beyond Twitch drops.

So don’t pay that random streamer.

Pet would be $10 on the store anyways . . .

Hopefully Blizzard will allow the drops far and wide but I doubt it. Fingers crossed

I’ll start streaming just for OP

And do nothing but complain about them making players pay streamers for a pet

So be sure to pay me OP so your message is supported

I have my credit card ready

That’s because the rest of what you stated is a literal non-issue.

Your lack of standards isn’t an argument.
